We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days of purchase confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). You'll get a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking as soon as it ships.
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5–9 business days, depending on your location relative to our fulfillment partner. So from the moment you order to the moment it lands on your doorstep, plan on roughly 1–2 weeks total. Remote areas and P.O. boxes may take a little longer.
Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $45. Orders under $45 have a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment it leaves our fulfillment center — no account or login required to check status.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we ship to exactly what's entered. If you notice a mistake, email us immediately at jakesmith@hudsonnookery.com; we can usually correct it before the order ships, but can't guarantee changes once a package is in transit.
If tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days of shipping, contact us at jakesmith@hudsonnookery.com and we'll look into it with the carrier and make it right.
If a package arrives visibly damaged, see our Refund Policy — we'll send a free replacement or refund, no return shipping required.
