We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Perishable or clearance items marked "final sale" are not eligible for return.
Email jake@hudsonnookery.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll confirm eligibility and send return instructions.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original and place a new order once your return is confirmed.
Unless the return is due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
